Use the search bar at the top of the page to search by keyword, product name, or category. You can also browse by category from the homepage or use advanced filters (price range, MOQ, verified sellers only) on the search results page to narrow down your options.

RFQ stands for Request for Quotation. If you need a specific product in bulk, you can post an RFQ describing your requirements, target price, and deadline. Verified suppliers will then submit competitive bids for your order. Go to the RFQ section from the navigation menu to post one.

You can send an offer directly from the product page or start a conversation with the seller via our built-in chat system. Sellers can accept, reject, or counter your offers. Volume pricing tiers are also displayed on product pages for bulk orders.

Register an account and select "Seller" as your account type. Complete your business profile with your company details, PAN/VAT number, and business registration certificate. Once verified, you can start listing products and receiving orders.

From your Seller Dashboard, go to "Listings" and click "Add New Product". Fill in product details including name (English and Nepali), description, price, MOQ, images, and category. You can also add volume pricing tiers and mark products as sample-available.

Kerung has multiple verification levels: Basic (email verified), Verified (PAN/VAT confirmed), Gold Supplier (extensive business verification), and Premium (top-tier with full trade assurance). Higher tiers increase your visibility and buyer trust.

Kerung supports eSewa, Khalti, ConnectIPS, and bank transfer. All digital payment methods are processed securely with industry-standard encryption. For large orders, bank transfer with escrow protection is recommended.

When you make a payment, funds are held securely in escrow. The payment is only released to the seller after you confirm delivery and are satisfied with the goods. If there is a dispute, our team mediates to ensure a fair resolution.

Yes. If the product does not match the listing description or arrives damaged, you can file a dispute within 7 days of delivery. Our team will review the case and issue a refund if warranted. Escrow-protected orders have stronger buyer protection.

Shipping is arranged by the seller. Most sellers ship across all 77 districts of Nepal. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed on the product page. You can track your order from the Orders section in your dashboard.

Yes, many products on Kerung have a "Request Sample" option. Sample prices are typically lower than bulk prices. This allows you to evaluate product quality before committing to a large order.

Go to Settings > Security in your dashboard. Click "Enable 2FA" and scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.). Enter the 6-digit code to confirm. 2FA adds an extra layer of security to your account.

Yes. Under Settings > Privacy, you can export all your personal data as a JSON file. If you wish to delete your account, you can request account deletion from the same page. Your data will be anonymized in compliance with data protection standards.

Gems are Kerung's platform currency. You earn gems by: signing up (10 gems bonus), referring friends (5 gems per referral), completing business verification (5 gems), and through monthly refills. Gems can be used to feature your product listings for increased visibility.

From your product listing page, click the "Feature" button. Select the duration (1, 3, 7, or 30 days) and confirm the gem cost. Featured products appear in the premium "Featured Products" section on the homepage and get a golden badge in search results.

Yes. Visit the Gems page from your dashboard. You can purchase gems at the current rate (set by the platform admin). Payment is processed through the same secure channels used for product purchases.

After you post an RFQ, verified suppliers can view your requirements and submit bids with their pricing, delivery timeline, and terms. You can compare bids side-by-side, communicate with bidders via chat, and accept the best offer. The process typically takes 2-5 business days.

No, posting an RFQ is completely free for buyers. Sellers can view and bid on open RFQs as part of their Kerung membership. There are no hidden fees in the RFQ process.
